ORIGINAL OAK WHISKY PART BARREL DISPLAY PLINTH inc glass, jug & brass cat ornament

Here we have part of an original part barrel lid which forms a very unique display plinth maintaining its original character but we have additionally applied vintage duck-egg blue acrylic paint to the surface and sympathetically rubbed it back in areas adding to its character and warming charm

We are sure any whisky lover would love this display plinth to grace their home

Our shellac & natural wax conditioner have been applied to this plinth, to a high end finish

Included in this sale are a Glencairn Wee Whisky glass, a Glencairn Wee Water Jug (boxed) and of course “Old Tom the Distillery Cat” who is keeping a close eye on things…not a mouse in sight !

This cat is a small cute solid brass ornament (can also be used to go on a pendant or key-ring using its small hole)

This listing shows the actual items that you will receive as this display plinth is a one-off, as no two bits of wood grain and burning are ever the same

For the after-care of this plinth we would highly recommend the purchase of Oak and Still Creations wax conditioner & applying a small amount from the tin, rubbing into the surface with a lint-free cloth.
