DELIVERY INFORMATION

• We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order
• Most parcels will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service – however we may use Parcelforce Express 48 with tracking for orders containing larger items due to the size of the package needed
• Full tracking will be available to our customers, sent by email notification as soon as orders are dispatched

Whilst we will do everything to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible we will not be held accountable for any carrier delays or errors, and any claims for such will need to be made with the carrier directly by the purchaser - we will assist with any order details that are required such as proof of postage and order value details

  OUR STANDARD RATES FOR PACKAGE & POSTING :

 £4.00 for Orders placed under £30.00 at Checkout

£7.00 for Orders placed of £30.00 or more at Checkout

* For orders containing any larger items that require Parcelforce delivery due to the size of parcel then the relevant pricing for delivery will be displayed at the Checkout stage prior to payment being taken*
