RETURNS POLICY

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Any items being returned must be in their original condition & unused
- Buyers are responsible for returns postage & packaging costs where applicable
Our 30-day returns policy is as follows:
- For any returns please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order
- Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery (proof of postage/tracking must be obtained)
- To request the cancellation of an order (before items are dispatched) please email us within 5 hours of your purchase
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any of our handmade personalised items or on any food items
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This usually takes 1-2 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
